Winter 2011 Futsal Registration fee:
$300 per team
Futsal is a 5v5 game. We recommend a roster of eight players per team,but there will be no roster limits provided players belong to the same club. Other than goalies, players will not be allowed to play for more than one team in a division
REFUND POLICY:
A $25.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURNED CHECKS OR REGISTRATIONS CANCELLED BY YOU. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE THIRD WEEK OF LEAGUE PLAY.
